I installed a windshield on the Mule. Then i replaced the aftermarket horn with the stock horn (i didn't like how it looked). Now nither the stock horn or the after market work. Before i start tearing it a part, any ideas on a repacement horn. I think its a fuse.
Del, I'm sending a picture of the mule with glasses.

I replaced my horns with chrome horns (sounds more like a car now). They were birthday presents from my kids last year. They were very simple to install, maybe you got the leads on backwards? I guess the only other thing is to check for a fuse.
Good luck, Mac

Kunga love the pictue of the Mule with the windshield. I posted it already.
I finally broke down and installed my Engine guards. It was as big a pain as I thought it would be.
Anyway they are on. Now the highway pegs are next.

Kunga, Let me know if the horn continues to be an issue, I think we are on opposite schedules, but we need to fix that before you ride her, don't want to have a safety device like that not working. BTW, the windshield looks great!

Thank You, The Mule dosn't need bifocals like me but I like that big bike look. Yea, I switched the how I had plugged in the wires and still no horn. I need to check the fuses next. I think it might also be the wire its self. I'll let you know asap if i can't get it done.

Check this out.....When I left for work yesterday I could hear pinging come out of the engine area. When I got home last night it was much worse. Sounded like marbles were rollong around in there. Being a ZEN wanna be, I went for my medatative walk for the answer. I had a vision... remove the slip on mufflers, if it still rattles at the engine trailer it to the dealership. Turns out it was a busted baffle, took it to the local welder and got ur done.
Thank God.

good deal. When my heat shield mount broke, a local muffler shop welded the small piece back on no charge. Glad it was an easy fix.

If you keep fixin' her up like that, instead of "Mule", we'll have to start calling her "Missy" ;D
